What This is a gathering of Yin Cheng Gong Fa practitioners our friends and families. We will have many formal and informal activities planned. There will be Traditional Chinese Martial Arts demonstrations and training. There will be recreational and leisure activities

Summary of Events • Martial arts activities to include formal Taiji Quan, Bagua Zhang and San Da seminars. • Masters demonstrations of Taiji, Bagua, Xingyi, Tong Bei Quan, Shaolin, San Da and weapons forms. • Push Hands competitions (informal). • Lion Dance by Chris Young and Steel Dragon • Picnic and barbeque. • Nature and Raptor center Hike and tour. • Historic site visits. • Overview and Fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Friday August 15th
6:00 - 10:00 pm Early Arrivals and Check-In: Arrive and check-in to hotels, receive welcome and information packs 7:-10:pm Camp Fire \ Music \ free time:People can gather for Music and Informal meeting, Camp fire, Guitar Jam Sessions and Hot dog Roast
Saturday August 16th
6:00 - 7:30am Early Morning Practice: Informal groups can gather and practice Qigong, Pile Standing, forms etc. 7:30 - 9:00am Breakfast: On your own Local Restaurants Free Time: Groups can do whatever they would like; close by there are hikes, historic sites and many different activities detailed in your information packs
9:00 - 10:30 am Opening Ceremony and Introduce to YCGF (IM Building) Lion Dance Shifu Zhang and Senior students will introduce our group, system and styles and provide a brief overview and basic forms demonstrations (Taiji, Bagua, Xingyi, Tongbei, Lu-16 etc.) Shifu Zhang and YCGF instructors will lead practice of Taiji Form
11:00 - 12:00pm San Da techniques in competition (IM Building) Masters Strider Clark will introduce San Da competitions in the tournaments.
12:00 - 1:30pm Lunch Break: On your own local restaurants
1:30 - 2:30pm Push hands in competition (IM Building) Masters Clayton Shiu will introduce Taiji Push Hands competitions in the tournaments.
2:30 - 6:00pm Informal pushing hands competition (IM Building) Shifu Zhang will introduce the YCGF informal push hands competition. YCGF instructors will lead informal pushing hands competition. Shifu Zhang will teach some pushing hands training methods, explain skills, and answer questions.
6:00 - 6:30pm Break for cleanup and prep for dinner: Give people a chance to go back to hotel and cleanup for dinner and evening activities 6:30 - 8:00pm Dinner at restaurant 8:00 - 10:00pm Camp Fire \ Music \ free time: People can gather for Music and Informal meeting, Camp fire, Guitar Jam Sessions and Hot roast. Shifu Zhang will answer questions for all styles.
Sunday August 17th

8:30 - 9:30am Comparison of Bagua Styles (IM Building) Master Paul Cote will talk about comparison of different Bagua styles.
9:30 -1 1:30am Fundamentals and applications of Bagua Jian (IM Building) Shifu Zhang will teach and lead practice of Fundamentals and applications of Bagua jian.
11:30 - 12:30pm Open for all styles Shifu Zhang will answer questions for all styles
1:00 - 2:00pm Nature Center Hike and Raptor Center trip: Groups will drive to Stone Valley Recreation area do short nature hike to Shavers creek environmental center visit and see the Raptor center
2:00 - 5:00pm Barbeque and Picnic (Shaver's Creek) We will grill food cook out and have our picnic at the Nature center or Stone Valley recreation area
Trditional Chinese Medicine and acupunture Master Clayton will introduce traditional Chinese Medicine.
5:30pm Say goodbye to your friends

Directions to State College...
From New York City - George Washington Bridge to I-80. In PA, exit from I-80 (the Keystone Shortway) at Exit 24 (Bellefonte) and follow Route 26 south to State College.
From Philadelphia - Take the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike to I-80. Take Exit 24 (Bellefonte) and follow Route 26 to State College. -OR- Take Philadelphia Schuylkill Expressway to the Pennsylvania Turnpike, leave the Turnpike at Exit 19 (Harrisburg East), and follow I- 283 to I-83 and proceed north on I-83 to the I-81 interchange. Then follow I-81 west to Route 322, 22 West Exit. Proceed west on Route 322 through Lewistown to State College.
From Pittsburgh - Follow Route 22 East to Duncansville, I-99/Route 220 North to Route 322 East to State College -OR- Follow Route 22 East beyond Duncansville to Water Street, Route 45 East to Pine Grove Mills and Route 26 North to State College.
From Washington D.C. - Take Route 270 to Frederick, Route 70 to Breezewood, Route 30 to Everett and Route 26 to State College. -OR- Follow Route 270 to Frederick, Route 15 past Gettysburg, through Camp Hill to Amity Hall, and then Route 322 to State College. -OR- Take I-95 or the Baltimore-Washington Parkway to Baltimore, west loop I-695 to I-83 north.
